Goat Heads Move the Sagebrush Opener
19 September 2014
At the last minute, organizers of the Sagebrush Cyclocross have needed to change the venue of their season opener. A goat head problem at the Peavine Dam Creek locale sees the race moved to Clayton Middle School. This course is a staple of the Sagebrush series and has seen some great racing in the past, including District Championships back in 2010.
Racing starts tomorrow, 20 September 2014, at 10am.

“After assessing the goat-head problem at Peavine Creek Dam, we have decided to change Saturday’s venue to Archie Clayton Middle School. Fortunately it’s literally right across the street from Peavine Creek Dam, and there are zero goat-heads. We will be running the classic Clayton course in reverse with some modifications.”
